Description
A dark beer, our Imperial Coffee Stout is produced with the most delicate roasted and toasted malts, with the addition of cold-brewed extracts from the finest coffees by small producers in the best regions worldwide.
The coffees are selected in collaboration with La Bottega delle Delizie, specialty coffee store in Bra (CN) and are roasted in Denmark by La Cabra Coffee Roaster, a modern roastery in Aarhus.
The coffee is cold extracted with the Cold Brew technique, and then added to the beer during the last bottling phase, thanks to which it retains all its aroma. For this reason, you will be particularly amazed at how the coffee remains wrapped and integrated perfectly in our coffee stout.
The current batch uses the “Sitio Irmãos Manzoli” coffee which is the name of the farm owned by João Manzoli. Il caffè è 100% arabica monovarietale Red Catuai, coltivato in un singolo appezzamento nel sud-est del Brasile a 950mt di altezza. I chicchi sono raccolti a mano, quindi processati a secco dopo la “depolpatura” del frutto. The toasting is light, with notes of blueberry, chocolate and hazelnut.

The coffee is 100% monovarietal Arabica, grown at an altitude of 1200 m in the heart of Brazil.
The production comes from the Fazenda Santa Rita Central Mattos led by the last generation of the family in the figure of Filomena Estefânia. He feels strongly about his grandfather’s legacy and today produces some of the best coffees on the estate.
The lot we are sharing is of the Topazio variety.
