It is the house lager beer, the beer that you can find only on tap here in the Taproom!
It is the first bottom-fermentation beer from Birrificio Sagrin, inspired by the German beers of Franconia. It is a very thirst-quenching light beer, 4.8% vol.
It is produced with 100% German Pils malt and balanced with H. Mittelfruh hops grown by the Locher Hopfencompany, in Tettnang.
