This beer combines the strong citrus charge of American hops and the unique fruitiness of Phantasm, with the freshness of the Moscato grape must produced by the Dogliotti 1870 company.

During fermentation, the hops used in dry hop (CDH: Continuously Dry Hopping) are added daily, with a final massive addition once fermentation is complete.

Straw yellow in colour, it has a broad, fresh and fruity aromatic profile of peach and mango, with light references to litchi, citrus fruits and hemp.

The must added during fermentation develops hints of peach, tropical fruits that blend with those of citrus and guava, with floral and herbaceous notes that derive from hops.

Everything is directed and interpreted by the Barbarian yeast coming directly from the States, which produces fruity esters and works great with citrus aromas.

Produced with 100% Pils malt, YCH303, HBC586 and Cryopop hops, white grape must, Phantasm and Barbarian yeast.
