Description

The latest IGA beer from Birrificio Sagrin, born from the collaboration with friends of the Azienda Agricola Quazzolo, producer in Barbaresco (CN).

This Brut IGA is dark and rich, complex and warm, with an incredible ease of drinking given by the extreme dryness.Like Samos, it is inoculated with the same cerevisiae yeast used by Az. Agricola for his productions.

The beer, after a maturation of over 7-8 months which favors the softening of the tannins, is complex and warm, with an incredible ease of drinking given by the extreme dryness, but with a dry and full, fruity, delicately tannic and bitter flavour.

The nose is slightly spicy, with notes of violet and black cherry. The flavor is dry and full, fruity and delicately tannic, with hints of dried fruit.

It’s a certainty with game and mushrooms, but a surprise with freshly seared bluefin tuna.
